I'm Penn, an affectionate boy who really loves petting. I roll on my side and get in to it. I'm also known as Ceiling Cat. I've had a lot of adventures. I was living on the streets of Minneapolis for quite awhile. A Feline Rescue volunteer live-trapped me to bring me for a neuter. I escaped my kennel in the office building and found a nice open ceiling tile. I was coming out at night for the food volunteers left out for me. Then I would leap like a rocket, back in to the ceiling when people approached. They sure are smart! They tricked me back in to the trap, after a week of ceiling living.

I was crabby at first and then I learned to trust people again. Food sure helps. I'm playful, silly and snuggly. I need a home where I can have time and patience while I adjust. I tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). I can still live with other cats as long as we have a gradual introduction and we get along.
