Hello! I’m Ned Niederlander, master of the quick draw! The One Amigo! I hurt my left arm, but I’m still the quickest! My foster mom asks me what I did to hurt myself, but I don’t really want to talk about it. The vet lady says it’s not broken or deformed or anything, so we’ll just keep hoping that a little time and rest will fix it right back up. The vet also says I don’t have FIV or FeLV, and I don’t have any parasites, and I don’t have fleas, and I don’t have ear mites, and I’m just the cutest thing ever! She also says I’m something called “neutered” now, whatever that is. The important thing is that I’m safe and warm and I always know where my next meal is coming from and I have plenty of fresh water any time I want it!

My leg is coming along, though it still isn’t 100%. But I walk on it now (with a bit of a limp) and have even stretched out my toes! When I’m just sitting, though, I like to keep it off the ground. I’ve met the resident cats a few times, and my leg sure doesn’t stop me from chasing them around! My foster mom says I’d do best in a home with no other cats, because I seem to be a bit of a bully with other cats. I was okay with an older female foster cat who was here for two weeks (I was a little bit afraid of her!), but the resident cats just get my blood pumping, I guess. I am learning how to appreciate a good lap, and I love to kiss noses and to snuggle up against legs and backs at night. Humans are the best! I’m super sweet and playful and would love to have a home of my own!

I’d also love to join you, so together, we could be The Three Amigos! (I’m not very good at counting.) If you’d like to hear more about me, call Molly at 651-295-3758 or email outreach@felinerescue.org.
