Hi, I'm Cody, and I've had a rough few months. First, I was found behind a dumpster with my front right leg broken in three places. It was so bad it had to be amputated! Then I was taken to live in an actual house with my foster mom and two other cats. It didn't take me too long to get used to having a steady supply of food and fresh water, and I don't mind sharing my litter box, but my foster mom is tall! I like sleeping on the same bed with her and my foster sisters, and I REALLY like jumping on her feet when she wiggles them under the covers. I even started to let her pet me a little. But, I'm still very shy when she walks around, she's just so much taller then me! I will come out and play when she's sitting on the couch, but if she stands up, I have to run and hide.
I'm liking my new life, and I don't let the loss of my leg bother me at all, I run and jump and play, and I have no problem with stairs. I would love a forever home with another cat who would like to play, but it has to be a quiet place with very patient people and a lot of good places to hide. My foster mom says I'm very cute and funny and well worth the patience it takes to get me to trust. So come visit me, I'd love to go home with you!
