This is Casper, formerly known as Neville. Casper has been through a lot in his life and has made a rather miraculous recovery!  He spent most of his life as a stray. He's been safely insidea foster home for about 7 months now and he needs a forever home. Casper is FIV+ but very healthy now. He does have a bad eye. He sees out of it but when he gets stressed, the tissues and abscess above it flare up. Upon rescue, Casper had broken bones in his face and is still sensitive to some things. So don't tap his head :) Casper is sweet as can be. He needs a home with no children. He's good with cats.
