My name is Barny and I have one simple request: I want a home. After my family abandoned me, I was living outdoors at a garden center, hoping to disguise myself as a pot of begonias. But it was not to be! I'm looking for my forever home. Home is where the cat is, I always say. I'm a gentle, friendly, easy going guy. You won't meet a mellower one. I like to chirp at birds and squirrels out the windows and to play with strings. But I don't ever get too crazy. I love to be around people. I would do great as a single cat for someone who is looking for a nice, mellow companion. I can also get along well with other cats after a slow introduction.
