Well hello, how are you today?    I am Shogi and I'm so excited to say hi to everyone!    I'm a former traveler who is ready and eager to set down some deep roots.    You might be able to tell from my wild and crazy tortie coat that I was something of a free spirit.    I rocked my way my kitten years and finally found my way here to the Adoption Center.  After 4 years of living the single life, I'm really wanting to find a family to settle down with, and I hear this place gets some really great humans coming through.  How about you?  Any chance you're looking for a cool cat like myself?

My orange and black mishmosh fur is usually what catches peoples attention, but believe me, they stay for the personality.  I'm a spirited cat and am always ready to rub up on a friendly hand or ankle.  I'd love to have some room to run around and play, especially if there's someone around willing to play with me.  What's the point of having four legs if you don't use them to scamper and chase? 

I haven't had a human roommate in a while, but I think I could do a really good job of taking care of one!  I've been practicing my purring and stretching poses - I know how humans like that in kitties.  I'm not always go, go, go either - I can veg out with the best of them and would be totally down for a good tv binge!  Picture this: you and me, snuggled on the couch on a rainy day with snacks close by that I can sneak from you.  Now doesn't that sound nice?  I'm right here at the Adoption Center waiting to get to know you.  Bring the humans here $120 and I'm all yours!
