Distinguished is not a word you’d generally use to describe a 9 month old kitten, but Beaujolais is not your typical kitten. He’s very calm, prefers lap time over play time and even though he’s about the same age as his foster brothers and sisters, Beaujolais initially was more of a big brother, than a playmate; however, he now loves to chase and wrestle with his foster brother and sisters. He adores his caregiver and often stands on his hind legs to get closer to her. He loves belly rubs and when he sits on his foster mom’s lap, he puts his paws on her chest so she can hold him close. Yes, he’s a gentle giant.

Beaujolais and Chardonnay are quintessential kittens who investigate every nook and cranny, and love to romp around their foster home together. They chirp, they trill, and love to be cuddled and kissed. They’re sweet, they’re funny and they’re good friends who will do better together than apart.
