Meet Mr. Whiskers. He is a bold, fearless guy. He lives in his foster home with  two large dogs that have learned Mr. Whiskers is in charge! Whiskers loves other cats and tends to be the submissive one with another cat.  He also gets along very well with children of all ages. He loves to play, is intoxicatingly fun with catnip, and perches on a chair when his people come home, just like the dogs do. He is not shy or skittish. He's tolerant of heavy petting and boisterous play with the kids. Mr. Whiskers is a good fit for just about any home.
