"Hi, my name is Icarus.  If you're looking for a loyal, laid-back companion that loves to cuddle, look no more because here I am!  I have over-heard my current human tell people that I am the sweetest, most lovable cat she has ever known; it's a shame she can't keep me.  I am about 6 years old with all my current vaccinations and they've neutered me too.  I used to live with another cat but we were abandoned and I'm not sure where he went.  I don't mind other animals though.  I may be a little standoffish at first but I'll be fine, I don't like to hiss or fight so I'll adjust.  I just want to be in a forever home with someone that likes to snuggle and has time to scratch me and play with my favorite toy, the red laser dot!  When you decide you can't live without this adorable face of mine, I will be ready to go and I promise to love you and make you happy every single day of my life!"
