Dear You!

I’m Allie! You can keep a secret, right? I’ll admit it – I’m always Soooo Glad when Halloween’s over for the year! Sure, the costumes are fun (last time, one little girl appeared on the doorstep dressed up like a Goldfish, YUM!!), and the Candy Smells Wonderful (even if I can’t have just One Teensy Nibble…..). But all those old stories & Rumors about Black Kitties like me (and my Friend Carter, too) – Give Me A Break!! It takes ATTITUDE to be a “Tails-Up” Black Kitty!!! We are practically the Royalty of Cats (go ahead, Look it Up)! We have Purrrrsonality!! And Black is so Classic – ask Coco Chanel. Did you notice my stylish strand of “Pearls,” cascading all the way down my Front? I have matching Bracelets on my back feet, too!! Aren’t they just the BEST with my Little Black Dress??!! Work With Me, People – Black Kitties go with Everything, from furniture to boots! And when it’s cleaning time, you’ll never confuse us with Dust Bunnies (Have you Ever seen a black dust bunny????). Well, my Foster Mom (who has excellent Taste, by the way) says I must be Patient because one day SOON my Special Purrrson (that’s you) will come along and suddenly fall in love with Little Me (and Carter, too)! We’ll be together At Last!! It’ll be So Romantic – just like seeing shooting stars in the Night Sky (it’s black, you know)!
