Hi! My name is Penelope. My current foster-family consists of two boys, ages 8 and 9, their mom and dad, one temperamental, 6-year-old, female resident cat, and 2 large dogs that I love to give trouble. My mom, sister, brother and I came to live with them March 30^th, when I was only about 4 weeks old. I am very independent! I was the first kitten to leave my mom and explore our foster home. My favorite playmate is my brother Zachary. We both look so similar that the mom of the house had to get him a collar to tell us apart. I am a little cautious, like my mom, Marianna, but not to the same degree. I have been making much progress lately. I like to climb up screens and underneath sheets when you’re making the bed. I am also fond of hiding and sneak attacks. I’ve even played with the resident cat who doesn’t like to play with the rest of my family. Please stop by and visit me if you are looking for an independent little lady.

Penelope is a young kitten. She will need to go to a home where there is another young cat or be adopted with another kitten or her mom Marianna so that she has a playmate. To learn more about this kitten, submit an online adoption inquiry form.

The adoption fee for a kitten is $135. If you adopt a pair of kittens from Feline Rescue, the total adoption fee is $250.
