Make sure you have your computer sound turned on. OK – go to this web site: http://www.msra.com/index.html Listen well, take a look around. Click on the “Jukebox” button, and select your favorite song. Now, then, you already know about 90% of what you might want to know about me.
I’m a good-looking – not handsome – good-looking guy; there’s a difference. I’ve got sleek, well-groomed black hair. Also some sleek well-groomed white hair. (C’mon – the 1950s were 50 -60 years ago.) I’m friendly, outgoing, mellow, and relaxed. I’ve got a 1950 Mercury all tricked out with tuck-and-roll – black and white, just like me. Got my car club jacket – solid blue with leather sleeves – and, of course, Yosemite Sam on the back – and my name, “Harper” stitched on the front.
I’m your guy. I don’t put on airs – no pretense – just a good, friendly down-to-earth guy. What you see is what you get. A carefree, fun-loving long-haired Cat Guy with a vague resemblance to Sylvester – which might be why I’m fond of Yosemite Sam. Not much into yellow tweety birds, however. I’ve got this faded stuffed gopher that I prefer. Might have killed it myself.
How about it? I’m a happy guy. The story I’ve been told is that an elderly woman found me but just wasn’t up to reliving the 1950s, so she brought me here to find you – the person/people ready to “Rock Around the Clock” and do “The Stroll”. If you want to be serious about the past, I’d wear a pink and turquoise collar – maybe a few rhinestones – match my pink nose and my rhinestone cowboy style.
How about it? I’m soft, curious, mellow, and very, very cat. I’m serious about a solid, forever home. If it’s got a little black-and-white television with a roundish screen for a black-and-white guy who remembers “Shake, Rattle, and Roll”, that would be good. If it doesn’t, that would be good, too. As long as it’s my forever home, and you’re there with me. My name is Harper – right there on my jacket – and $100 gets you a really Cool Cat….
PS: I currently reside at THE ADOPTION CENTER (not in foster care). If you can't stop in but would like to know more about me, please call 651-642-5900, ext.3. Thanks!
