I'm small, I'm young, and I'm happy. I've always been an optimist, but I'm happier now because I'm here and not out roaming for a home anymore. I came here with Elmo, who might be my brother - or maybe just a friend. We hung together to be safe as we could while out and about. I once had a home, but I don't remember much - just that I like people. People make me happy when they talk to me. Gently pet my head, and I will purr. I also give nice love bites - no fangs, just "Oh, I like you so much I think I'll taste you" bites. Giggle. Cute.
You can see that I'm a tabby girl; do let me go on about the details of my tabbiness. First, I have a quite bright face. I'm not blushing; it's just my style. More: you know how women from India often wear a tilak or bindi? A bright spot in the middle of their foreheads? I asked a lady once, and she said it represented the rising sun. Wow! I have one, too - right in the middle of my forehead. In my opinion, mine looks even more like the rising sun. It's pale yellow with just a hint of rays emanating. Perhaps I am a reincarnated Hindu princess; perhaps I'm just a striking tabby cat. Imagine.
Did I mention that I'm happy? Just talk a little to me, and I purr. Pet me and indulge me in a love bite or two. I get so happy that I'm hungry. It's wonderful to have food - and water - and people. I've been eating; I'd better wash up so you can take me with you. Please pay my rent first - $100, they said. Giggle. Giggle. Purrrrr.
