Welcome. I am Indee, as in “indeed” without the “D”. Not India. Not Indy as in Jones. Not Indie as in music and film. Indee. I can be particular about who I am because, for a girl cat, I am rather large. Not fat, mind you, not at all, just long and tall and solid – and serious about it.  I do like people, although I admit I’ve been rather miffed about the people who just walked off and left me behind. My preference now is nice, new people who wouldn’t ever do such a thing. Rude, I say, rude. 

Further facts about Indee: I’ve been around long enough to know who I am – but not long enough to give up playing and teasing and occasional all-round silliness. I call myself a calico tabby. I call your attention to the truth that I got a bit carried away with some orange eyeliner – just couldn’t resist arching it all the way across my face. Now you don’t have to ask me what happened. A little silliness. 

Please do pet me and see how soft I am. I am also quiet. In my past somewhere, I was, as they say, an Old School Librarian. “Shhh! Be careful with the books.” A bit precise, responsible, and orderly. But I know you wouldn’t want a sloppy, irresponsible, messy cat in your life! Surely not! 

Because I am orderly, I am also organized. I will happily manage your household – and manage it well. All will run smoothly with Indee in charge. I do like being in charge. You should know, however, that Indee does not do windows. She gives directions. She may also sit and purr in front of the fireplace, creating a complete and orderly picture. She is a fine,  comfortable woman applying for the position of your household manager. You’ll need to pay my employment agency here $100 – that’s their fee for my room and board. I am worth it. I know I am worth it because I am Indee, and I know who I am.
