Happy Holidays! My name is Magic. I am 5 –years-old. My foster family tells me every day that I am a very sweet girl. I love to play with them, and one of my favorite things to do is jump in their laps to be pet. I’m very friendly. I like to play with the 9-year-old in the family, and I am learning to tolerate the dogs when they are in my area. I would even say hello to the construction workers when they were here over the summer. My foster family rescued me from my previous owner who was planning to abandon me at a barn. I have never lived outside or had to search for my own food. I’m not sure I would have survived that.
I know my foster family wishes they could keep me, but they already have a lot of animals in their home. Since I’m not in a shelter where you can see my beautiful face, or feel my silky fur, I wanted to get my picture posted for people to see. I know people will think that I don’t have it too bad since I get to live in a warm house right now, but I want you to know that I could easily be in a shelter one day too. My foster family was kind to take me in temporarily, but as they cannot offer me a forever home there will come a day that I need to leave here.
I would love to meet you and show you how much love I have to give. Maybe you’ll even fall in love with me too. That would be the best.
