“Hi! I’m The Guy! I came walking down the track, “put down my load where I thought it was best”. Right here. Feline Rescue. Waiting for you. Never going back. Indeed, I am Hobo – that’s what folks call me – but I am done with riding rails and walking tracks. Looking for a home, just like the old boll weevil, lookin’ for a home….”

“Oh, I didn’t realize you were listening. I was just singing away, amusing myself. I’ll stand up, stretch myself out, let you see that I am a great black and white tuxedo fellow. A long, tall tuxedo fellow  - mellow, quiet, humble, and self-assured. That’s me, The Guy – Hobo. Lookin’ to be Your Guy! I think I’ll roll over, give you my best Cat Charm, and ask for love. You have love for great Guy?”

“Guess what I’ve got! Look! Big black spots on my sleek white belly. Pet my spots! Give my spots a belly rub! Nice! Part leopard, I say – can’t have spots if one is not part leopard. Must be part leopard – sleek, charming – but very gentle. Mom taught me, ‘Don’t pounce the antelope!’ I don’t pounce antelope. I don’t have my front claws, so I only catch small things – toy mice, rattle balls, kitty treats. I’ve got big black spots! Nice big black spots! On my belly!”

“I like people. People are good. I prefer big people – full-grown ones – to two-legged kittens. They’re awfully small, and they squeal. Big people give good hugs. I give gentle Hobo hugs back. I like people stuff. I watch out the window to see what people have out there. Strange things – things we don’t have in here at Feline Rescue. Great big things – buses – that’s what folks call them. They don’t look tasty to me.”

“So, listen, that’s my story. I think the best place to put down my load is at Your Place. Yes. How about it? Adopt a great Guy with big black spots, no front claws, and a song or two. Hobo – only $120 for complete love and some entertainment. How about it?
