“Squeak!! Squeak!! Hear me tell my story of previous lives. Not this life – I’ve got at least eight more to go this time. No, I think I remember living on a mountain. In a yurt – well, sort of a yurt. I think I ate some mice and, maybe, a lizard or two. Really. And I could look out the window and see all the way to the ocean.
