Dear YOU!
To see me now you'd never guess that I had TEN kittens not so long ago (the purrrsons at my foster house thought it was a record.....Whatever.....).  Anyway, the kittens are all with their families now, so I get to be the Real Me again.  Being a mom doesn't leave a lot of time for spa nights (you know what I mean?), but I've almost got my girlish figure back & my fur is thick & soft & shiny & booootiful! 

Now I can get back to spending my days doing all my favorite things, too.  I'm always interested in what my Foster Mom is doing (she appreciates my opinion & we have the best conversations), and I'm official greeter when we have company!  Of course, lap naps are to die for, but I do like to stay busy (when I'm awake).  I'm lucky because my foster mom has learned all the games I like to play, like soccer & tennis & baseball & jump rope.  It wasn't exactly easy to teach her because- like any cat- I have my own rules, but fortunately, she pays attention.  Oh, and then there's the dog.  She's fun to play with too, even though she occasionally steals my toys & I have to rub her up from time to time to remind her she's mine (HER attention span isn't great, if you know what I mean). 

Yes, life is good, but my foster mom says it'll be even better when my special purrrson finds me.  She told me every cat has a special purrrson & mine's going to show up any day now.  Then I'll get more attention & more TOYS.  Naturally, I have lots of toys from the store, but some of my favorites are tissue-paper balls, bottle caps (the tabs from pop cans will do in a pinch), those plastic doo-hickies from the tops of milk jugs and tin foil (especially if there's still yogurt on it).  I also like Q-Tips, but I'm not allowed.

Well, it's almost nap time, but before I doze off, I want to remind you to spread the word that I'm waiting.  OH!! If YOU'RE my special purrrson, I'll see you soon!
