Sweet, Solid Tabby Guy

“Hello! Let me put on my best face and good thoughts! I want to be friends. Oh, do I ever want to be your friend! I used to have friends. I am not sure what happened. I used to hang with Pooh and Eeyore – who was a bit of a dunce – but we were friends. We understood each other. Now, here I sit – without my front claws – an older gentleman – not old, but older – wondering where everyone went.”

“I am the classic tabby with a wise and genuine face. I want to see the world. When I stretch my handsome neck and look out the window, I can see it. It seems not to have snow on it anymore. That’s the first good news I’ve heard in a while. I am soft and gentle and totally friendly. I don’t tear things up, and I don’t sail around like a banshee the way some of these young ones do. Wowwowoo! My love call. I am calling for love.”

“I’m just not complicated – a simple, straightforward guy who wants to sit in your windows and think clear thoughts about what he sees. A simple, well-mannered guy who thinks he might like to sit with his people, sit in laps, purr, do all the things that a cat with a home can do – that a cat like me – without a home – can’t do. That’s the sad part. I need my forever people, my friends, the good life that I remember.”
