I am Mia. I take life in stride. I spent quite a while in a foster home because I was a very pregnant woman when Feline Rescue said, "Uh, oh, you look like you're about to become a mom. We think you'd better come inside. We'll find you a doula!"

"Indeed, I became a mama - six adorable little children. I took good care of all of them, washed them, fed them, taught them how to be cats and that people are good. They've all found their forever homes, I am seeking mine. And I don't need a doula any more, nor a midwife. Just a great girl cat life."

"Nothing bothers me. I'm laid back, easy going, even tempered, free and easy, happy-go-lucky, nonchalant, patient, poised, and amenable. I don't even care that the last sentence describing me had one too many adjectives in it. I'm just that carefree. I am Mia, and I believe that life is good when one is a pretty cat woman with a great home. If only...."

I'm a contented lap cat, rarely meowing (unless breakfast is taking a little too long to be served). I'm just one relaxed kitty with a charming blaze on my nose. But whip out a feather toy and I'll show you my crazy, playful side. I'm now calmly waiting for her forever home. Mosey on over to meet Mia. She'd love to sit on a new lap.
