Percy has always been the biggest of his brothers, and the one who wants the most attention.  If he sees one of his siblings playing with a human or wrestling with his foster uncle, he rushes over to join in.

Percy Weasley is a young kitten. All of the Weasleys get along well with people and other cats, and have met children.  Despite having the run of the whole house, they prefer to stick with their human friends and follow them around wherever they.  They are all young cats and will need to go home with one of their siblings (Fred, George, Ron, and Hermoine), their mom (Mrs. Weasley), or to a home with another young cat.
