Sookie is super fluffy and special. Her kitten poops smell like unicorn poops. She is white with orange tips, like a kitten flavored creamsicle. She is very shy, and needs a cat friend and possibly a dog friend (she doesn't mind the foster caregiver's dog). Small children might produce an apoplexy.

Sookie was rescued after being stuck high (about a hundred feet) up in a tree in a park (we secretly think she just wanted to meet some firemen). She is affectionately known as "Tree Kitten" and must be kept away from all trees and large indoor palms. The trauma of her rescue (and possibly what led her to climb up so high), have played a toll on poor Sookie. She's friendly but a little wary of people and new situations. Sookie will require continuing socialization, and a cat-savvy family.

Her facial expression reflects perpetual amazement at the ways of humans. Tres charmant!

Sookie is a young kitten. She will absolutely need to go to a home where there is another young cat or be adopted with another kitten so that she has a playmate - AND (most importantly) someone to show her the ropes. For more information about Sookie, please call Joan at 651-705-6264.
