“I could tell you about me by myself, but I’m so happy and proud about what my foster mom said about me that I’m going to let her talk. Here she is: ‘I love this cat very much. He is the nicest, friendliest cat that I’ve ever met. I would absolutely keep him, but someone in my household was having allergic reactions to him….Bandit does know his name, and he answers to it. But, he is really intelligent, so I’m sure he would learn his new name quickly if his adopter decides to change it.’”

“Isn’t that a wonderful reference? I loved her, too. I really am a loving guy. It’s what I do. See? I jump in your lap and climb on you. I stand on you and knead your shoulders. Want to knead my shoulders? I just love attention – and love – and toys. I especially like sparkly balls – I hide them under furniture, like the way those dopey squirrels hide acorns, then I come back later and fish them out. Surprise! Bandit found a toy!”

“Offering honesty and due diligence: I’ve tested positive for FIV. As my foster mom said, ‘He is young, healthy, active, and loving and has a very long life ahead of him.’ Goodness, I’m less than 2 years old. Many lives to come, things to learn, games to play! Woohoo! Bandit is an all-around great guy. But don’t just take it from me – take it from my foster mom. I can tell she still worries about me. We think I got the FIV from some feline thug who attacked me – hurt my eye, too. But it’s all better. That thug will come back as a rodent in his next life – oh, yes, he will!”

“So I need to spend the rest of my lives indoors, which is where I’d much rather be. Indoors with loving people with whom I can snuggle. Indoors with sparkly balls to stash under the furniture. Indoors where I have a couple of clean litter boxes, a couple of warm beds, and a variety of great wet food. Do I want to be spoiled rotten? But, of course! The name is Bandit – don’t forget.”

“Come to Feline Rescue, ask for the adorable black and white cat guy who, when he wants to, can do the Grumpy Cat face. But he’s not Grumpy at all – he’s Bandit, and he loves you! Yes, please do bring $120 for my room and board. Bandit can’t wait to meet you!”

If you'd like to know more about me, just stop in at the Adoption Center to meet me or leave a message for my human assistant at 651-642-5900 ext. 3. She'll call you back.
