If cats could talk, oh what a story Olivia Twist would tell.  But like a babe left on the doorstep of an orphanage, we only know what we can observe.  Olivia was found outside in the middle of December – exhausted, frostbitten, emaciated, and near death.  Her rescuers bundled her inside, where she received medical care, attention, love and food, glorious food.

Although she can’t tell us about her past, something in it has caused Olivia to be wary of new situations.  New people cause her to freeze, unsure if they will bring love or hurt.  But give her time, give her food, and give her love and she will show you what her true personality – a young, crazy girl, full of energy, eager for attention and affection.  The cold may have taken the tips of her ears, but it has not taken her spirit.  When she wants something, she squeaks with her teeny tiny meow – please sir, I want some more!  More what?  More petting, more playing, more affection, more catnip bananas, more dangly toys, more love, and always more food, glorious food! 

Olivia is an energetic young cat looking for someone who’s willing to give her more.  She will do best in a home without young children.  Olivia would do well as an only cat, or in a home with a young, playful, high energy, tolerant kitty.
