It's Dreamsicle Cat Week here at Feline Rescue! If I do say so myself, I am the most stunning of the Dreamsicle Tribe. We're all orange and white - but Fantina admits she faked with some road crew's paint bucket. I am quite real with gorgeous, well-formed crop circles on both sides. Not stripes - anybody can do stripes, even zebras. I have crop circles, and they are fascinating studies in mysterious infinity.

I am stunning, true - but I am also as friendly as friendly can be - and I can chat up a storm if you'll let me. Would you like to hold me and pet my dear, dear little head? I am immensely clean. I mean, have you ever seen feet this white before? I washed my feet up that white all by myself - none of that human tooth whitener, uh, uh. I am real and natural and totally charming. I do not lie!

My name? Well, now, you're just going to have to guess. Maybe I came from "Main Street" and ran away from "Babbitt". But, maybe not. Maybe I own the oil company - wouldn't you like that? True - I'm not green, and I'm not a dinosaur. But....or, maybe, I'm the descendant of Upton Sinclair's cat. If I'd written "The Jungle", it would have been about the dark side of the cat food industry, of course, not just meatpacking. But, if you'd let me use your computer sometimes, I could still write that book. Might be a bestseller. Not as lucrative as oil, but a nice profit on the mere $100 you'll be spending to take me home. And, if you don't want me on your computer, then just cuddle me. That's good, too.
