Charleston is the brains of the operation. He's the leader. He's the commander in chief. He's the big brother to his little brother Raleigh, which means he knows everything. He's the guy in charge. He decides what games they play. And his little brother Raleigh is perfectly okay with that. 

Charleston is a playful, curious little boy. He's not zany but he does know how to kick up his heels. He knows how to have a good time. He's a near cat, which means he likes to lay next to his human. He loves to be petted.

The combined adoption fee for Charleston and Raleigh is $250. 

Charleston and Raleigh are available for pre-adoption. You can meet them in their foster home now, however, since their neuter surgery has yet to be scheduled, they cannot go home until after they recover from that surgery (which will be in a few weeks).
