Delilah has some identity issues.  Cute, funny, and sweet identity issues. For starters, she comes when called, bounding toward her foster caregiver like a dog. Next, she thinks she's a superhero with powers of invisibility. She's flabbergasted when she loses a game of hide-and-go-seek because she thinks she's invisible. Her favorite spot is curled up around her foster caregiver's neck, like a scarf. She purrs up a storm as she snuggles with her caregiver.  It does not take much to prime the pump motor. She thinks she's part car. Dog. Superhero. Scarf. Car. So many different Delilahs but all of them are endearing. All of her quirks together make her one darned cute - and lovable - kitten. 

When Delilah came to Feline Rescue Foster Care, it seemed as though she had a broken leg. An examination revealed that her leg was not broken but that she has radical nerve palsy in her right front leg and walks with a limp.  Her foster caregiver makes sure that Delilah does her physical therapy to try to strengthen that leg.   This, by no means, stops that little girl from moving about. When she is on the move, she runs like the wind, jumps, and cavorts all about the room. Actually, she uses that leg quite a lot for batting toys around and playing with most anything she thinks is going to possibly move. Delilah isn't troubled by her condition and she certainly doesn't let it get in her way.

Delilah is a young kitten. She will need to go to a home where there is another young cat or be adopted with another kitten so that she has a playmate. For more information about Delilah, please call Joan at 651-705-6264.
