I'm a wee little kitty who needs a foster or forever home. My name is Owlene because I have these adorable ear feathers and a wide beak. I haven't learned to hoot yet, but I do have a cute tiny meow.

I need help with socialization because I'm a shy girl. All it takes is a bit of patience and love. I love to play and I have a soft spot for treats. I can't resist when toys are moving under a blanket. I must pounce them!
