I'm Iris, and I'm looking for a home with another nice cat. I was a stray mom who had three kittens in a St. Paul alley. I did a pretty good job caring for my kittens and then finding a neighbor who was nice enough to bring us all inside. Now that the kittens have all found homes, I'm hoping I get to find a forever home too. I am sweet but shy so will need someone willing to start slow and work on gaining my trust. I get along so well with the other cats here in my foster home and will do best with another cat companion. I am about 3 years old. I love, love, love petting. And playing with toys is the next best thing. After I was rescued, I spent too much time hiding and gained a lot of weight. My foster mom has helped me shed some pounds and get healthier, so I'd also like a forever family who will stick to my diet of healthy canned food.
