Henry is 3 years old, d eclawed and neutered.  Rabies and distemper are current as of 12/24/14.  He is orange and white with orange eyes.  He doesn't spray and always uses his litter box.  He is very social; he likes to hang around me and sit near wherever I am.  When company comes, he is eager to see and "smell" who they are.   He likes to stay "in the mix" when there's company but doesn't need attention.  Usually just falls asleep nearby.  In other words, he doesn't hide but he's not intrusive either.

He is an indoor cat.  He loves to sit on his pillow on the chair by the window and watch whatever goes by be it a chipmunk, squirrel, etc.  He's a talker, too. Sometimes I swear I hear him say "Mom" and "Hello" but I know it's all  in my mind.  He sleeps by my side in bed all night and is not disturbing during the night.

If I wanted another animal, it would be Henry.  He's perfect!  I'm just gone too much and plan on spending winters some place other than Minnesota. Henry belonged to my granddaughter while she was in high school and college and when she moved to New York she couldn't take him with her.  I took him for her in May as an interim home but, as it turned out, she moved again to Raleigh, NC, for work and tearfully told me she can't have a pet in her apartment. So I've had him since May and promised I would be diligent in finding a good home for him.

Both my granddaughter and I want a final home for Henry.  He's been moved around so much that he needs one last place to call home. I'm looking for just the right person who is seriously interested and will give him the love and attention he deserves.

To talk about adopting Henry, please call Molly at 651-295-3758.
