I think I’m about a year old, and I worked hard to get myself here to Feline Rescue to find you. You! My person, my people, because – like I said – I just love interacting with people. “Yes! I am black and shiny, very shiny, with a few stray white hairs here and there. Pet me and feel how shiny I am. Make me shinier!  Well, dang! Look at that! I was just about to jump up and sit in your lap when that supposed lady who shares this suite beat me to it. Listen, just toss her off – I want to sit in your lap! Arow! Arow!”

“I am Paolo, and I am one smart dude. I am the supervisor of people, manager of people. I watch everything they do to make sure they do it right. I have been sitting at this window watching Robin clean that kennel out there. I’ll bet she’s going to put one of my feline brothers or sisters in it when it’s clean. Got to be clean. We cats are fastidious about clean. Oh, fastidious means clean? OK, so we are. Arow!”
