Two wonderful companions needing a new home.  Due to job relocation our two long time companions, Gandolph and Kona need to find a new forever home. 

Gandolf, the Grey with green eyes tabby, is appropriately named after the powerful wizard. In addition to his 17 lb status (we have confirmed he is not overweight), he has often outsmarted dogs, cats and humans (including us).  He loves attention, though also enjoys his alone time.  Gandolf enjoys going outside in our fenced in backyard (only when we are home – and when it’s Minnesota Nice) and has never left the premises.  He lets us know when he wants back in during the day by meowing at the back door, and he will come when called.  He loves to snuggle each night before bed and he always seems to know where to lie at night to as not disturb us. He is bold and intelligent; handsome and independent.

 Kona is an observer and sits back to watch his surroundings. He will greet you at the door each day you come home, snuggle with you in your recliner once he has gotten to know you.  Though it may take some coaxing, he will sit at the end of the bed at night so as not to disturb your sleep.  This 17 lb cat has not shed his holiday weight yet, putting him on a portion controlled diet. He prefers to relax most of the day and snuggle at night. Kona is quiet, affectionate and loyal.  He enjoys being closest to his human companions. 

These two boys have been together for most of their lives, and would benefit from each other’s company.  With this in mind, they could also be independent of each other if the right home is found for each of them. They are good with dogs, have lived with other cats when young, are declawed in the front, and neutered.  They are both around 9-10 years of age.  Their pictures are below.
