I’m Bean and I just like bein’ Bean!  When my foster caregiver was a young child she had a book featuring a little black kitten just like me who was called Bean.  That Bean was in a book for toddlers, but I am a Bean for people of all ages!  I’m also named Bean because I’m part of the coffee litter (my siblings are named Latte, Mocha, Cappuccino, and Espresso) and when I came I was the shy little runt.  I spent my first day in the carrier, but the next day I decided I was done with being shy.  I am slightly more independent from my siblings but that doesn’t stop me from running around and having a blast.

I’m an amazing jumper and I like to show off when it’s feather wand toy time!  That makes me a jumping Bean!  I am also a great wrestler, even though I’m not exactly big.  I have the cutest little squeaks, too, and a cute little face.  I use my squeaks when I want my human bean (haha, get it?) to pet me or my Mama to lick me.  Please adopt me with one of my siblings or my Mama, Whiskers so that way I have a play mate.  I will most likely adjust a lot faster if they show me that a new place is safe.

Bean is a young kitten. She will need to go to a home where there is another young cat or be adopted with another kitten so that she has a playmate. Bean's adoption fee is $135.

Note: Bean is available for pre-adoption. You can meet her in her foster home now, however, since she has yet to be spayed or tested for FeLV/FIV, she cannot go home until after she recovers from her surgery and has been tested (which will be in a few weeks).
