“Hi, hi, hi!! Yes, the name is Orca, but, no, I’m not a killer whale. I’m about the sweetest being ever. Just about ever. My charming black and white self does rather resemble the whales who leap out of the water in that commercial. Well, golly, folks, if I were in the water, I’d leap out, too. I’m a cat, and we cats are simply not into swimming. Playing pawsies in our water bowls? Yes, we do that. Ooops!”
“Not only am I sweet, but I look sweet. I look up at people with my kind face. Then, I’ll likely climb up and sit in your lap, if you’ll let me, and I hope you will. You can hold me and pet me and whisper sweet nothings in my one fine pointy ear. My other ear lost its point somewhere, but you can still whisper sweet nothings in it.”
“I’m told I’m about one or two years old. I can tell you that I’m a lover, not a fighter, and that I have the cutest little pink nose – and that I keep it very clean. OK, yes, I am the sweetest cat guy. I want to adopt you? Are you available to be adopted by a dear black and white cat? I’d like to sit in your lap, maybe watch that whale commercial, soak up a bit of the whale’s nobility and add it to my repertoire of fine feline qualities.”
“I love people. I love crunchies. I love walking around, exploring new things, and purring. Orca is a simple, soft, loving, sometimes playful, guy cat. I might play pawsies in my water bowl, but I won’t splash in and out of it – at least not much. Do you suppose I could adopt you? Sure would like to. Would you bring me $120 so that I can? I’m told that’s what I need to make a deal. Let’s do it!”
