Gizmo here. People automatically think I am a boy because I make mustaches look fierce! When I’m put into new surroundings, I can become a bit shy and cling to the familiar. But watch out when I am comfortable and confident in my surroundings! I can be quite the go getter and will be the first of my siblings to try anything new. I’m also the biggest!

Sometimes I tell people I am half Siamese, half panther because my face is a bit darker than the rest of my body. For the first few weeks being with my foster momma, I barely was able to stand still. There was so much to explore!! Now, once play time is over, I like to track down a nice warm lap and curl up for cuddles. There are times my kitty siblings are tuckered out and taking their cat naps, and that’s when I look for the resident Australian Shepherd for playtime — he blows raspberries on my belly with his nose! There are times when the dog isn’t around, and I will walk around meowing for my siblings to come play.

I’ve been told I have quite the voice! But really, I just like making sure I can be heard. I would do best going to a home with my sister, Sprocket, or another young kitty so I don’t get bored. We’re each other’s favorite play buddies. If I could describe myself in one word, that would be gregarious! Gizmo is a young kitten. She will need to go to a home where there is another young cat or be adopted with another kitten such as her siblings, so that she has a playmate. For more information about Gizmo, please call Joan at 651-705-6264.

Note: Gizmo is available for pre-adoption. You can meet her in her foster home now, however, since she has yet to be spayed or tested for FeLV/FIV, she cannot go home until after she recovers from her surgery and has been tested (which will be in a couple weeks).

Gizmo's adoption fee is $135.
