“I’m also told that I came from down in Iowa, with my banjo on my knee, and without my claws on my front feet. Think about how hard it was to travel from Iowa with no claws. Ah, but someone’s furniture was spared the gentle touch of Abbie’s claws. I still have my lovely green eyes, and my taste for cat toys. And I do a very professional ‘meat loaf’, a purely experienced pose.”
