Wally Cleaver is a good boy. He's a bit goofy, a teensy bit zany, and overwhelmingly sweet. He loves, loves, loves to have his belly rubbed. Many, er, several times a day, er, constantly flopping down and exposing his belly so that he can it rubbed. Constantly. That is, when he's not romping with his brother The Beav. The two are inseparable.  Wally and his brother Beav are very close.
