Hiya! My name is Opal, and I’m the ring leader of this rag-tag group of Gem kittens. I’m the first to explore, the first to try something new, and the first to come and greet you at the door! I’m intrigued by people, and I like being around them. Laps are one of my favorite things, and I will often snag a seat in one if there is one available. I warm up fairly quickly to new places and surroundings. Once I have an area fully explored and I feel confident in it, I will often lounge by people, if not on them. I want to grow up to be a human! If you let me, I’ll tell you all about it, too! I have lots of thoughts and ideas I like to share, and get especially talkative around meal time. One super cool thing I like about being in Foster is playing with Dogs. They’re like floppier, dorkier, smellier large cats. When I first met the dogs at our Foster home, I walked right up to them and booped them with my head, so I’d do really well in a home with more dogs! I really like my sister, Topaz. Though we’re not quite a set pair, we like to snuggle on laps together and groom each other. If we can find a home together, that would be extra special! Please come and visit me soon!

Opal is a young kitten and needs to be adopted to a home with a young cat or with another young kitten so she has a playmate.

The adoption fee for a kitten is $135. If you adopt a pair of kittens from Feline Rescue, the total adoption fee is $250.
