Dizzy was born outside on a warm autumn day. Over the next few weeks, the temperatures steadily dropped. In December, someone brought Dizzy, his siblings, and his mother inside. Dizzy has been in love with the furnace - and radiated flooring - ever since. Warm is good. Secure is good. Having a forever home would be wonderful.
Dizzy's nickname in his foster home is "Busy Dizzy." He is the leader of the pack of five other siblings, always the first to find something new to get into. He is the investigator, the explorer, the troublemaker. He's the one with the bright ideas and ambition. He has a wonderfully outgoing personality, which makes larger than life. He's the showmen. And when all the corners and deep, dark cubby holes have been explored for the night, he turns into a cuddle bug. Dastardly explorer during the day, cuddle bug by night. He's the yin and yang of kittens.
Dizzy is a young kitten. He will need to go to a home where there is another young cat or be adopted with another kitten so that he has a playmate. Dizzy plays hard with his brother Jerry Lee Lewis, gets into mischief with his sister Natalie Cole, and shows little Tiny Tim the ropes. He would love to go home with one of them. Dizzy Gillespie's adoption fee is $135.
