Have you ever tasted a flax seed? I haven’t but I’ve heard that they are very healthy for humans. Do you know what else? Kittens are also healthy for humans. Not to eat, of course, but to have as a companion. Our purrs and adorable looks can relieve stress. That is why you should come and adopt me! I love to be held and have the cutest high-pitched kitten squeak. Yeah, I know, I’m the biggest of the litter, but I still sound like I’m a newborn kitten. But that just makes me even cuter, right?

My foster caregiver is always looking at my paws and telling me I’m going to be a big cat. They’re not thaaaat big. I mean, my siblings all have small paws, but too bad for them. Big paws are nice for snagging toys and just looking cute! I guess I am big for my age, too. But I have a hearty appetite and will make sure all the bowls that leave the room are clean. I’m known as the adventurer and was the first to do almost everything in my litter. I was the first to try food, the first to snort water up my nose, the first to jump up onto the table in our room, and the first to fall on my face. Well, I guess we’ve all done the last one!

I am also an avid wrestler. When I’ve pinned Chia to the ground, she squeaks, complaining that I’m 1.5 times her size. Then she wriggles out of my grasp and is gone in a flash. Yeah, she’s stealthy. Since my siblings and I get along so well, I would love to go home with one of them. Go scroll down and check out their bios and cute faces before you pay us all a visit. They’re all named after seeds like me: Sunflower, Chia, Poppy, Sesame, and Pumpkin.

Come visit me in my foster home. I'd love to meet you.

To learn more about this kitten, call Joan at 651-705-6264.

The adoption fee for a kitten is $135. If you adopt a pair of kittens from Feline Rescue, the total adoption fee is $250.

Note: Flax is available for pre-adoption. You can meet him in his foster home now, however, since he has yet to be neutered or tested for FeLV/FIV,  he cannot go home until after he recovers from his surgery and has been tested (which will be in a few weeks).
